COMPLETED PROJECT
South Walsham Rear Extension
A completed 5.5m × 4m extension that created a larger lounge, a home office and a new shower room.
Before the foundations were built, the incoming water and electrical supplies and the underground drainage were diverted. A substantial picture-frame steel structure then allowed virtually the entire rear wall to be removed safely.
Matching brickwork, a hand-built warm roof, an electric roof lantern and two sets of French doors completed the four-month build and created a brighter home with better access to the garden.
