What building work do you undertake?

We undertake house extensions, structural alterations, barn conversions, loft conversions, work to listed and historic buildings, accessible wet rooms, renovations and new-build projects. We have completed both loft conversions and new-build work.

Do you provide free quotations?

Yes. After an initial discussion and a site visit where required, we can prepare a clear quotation once the drawings, specification and scope are sufficiently developed.

Yes. Lee can discuss the stage you have reached and explain which drawings, engineering details, approvals or specification information may be needed before a reliable construction quotation can be prepared.
