Queries are raised with you in writing. No details are changed and no products are swapped with your client on site without your say-so.

The same working site supervisor from start to finish, with a labourer on site every day, and Lee as your single point of contact.

We’re builders, and we don’t offer design in-house. When homeowners come to us with an idea but no drawings, we introduce them to the architects and designers we work with.

So the relationship works in both directions: you recommend a builder you can trust, and we send clients who need a design your way.

If you’re planning an extension, conversion or new home but don’t have plans yet, get in touch. We’ll point you to a trusted local architect or designer to draw it up and take it through planning and Building Regulations.

Yes. We can price from planning or Building Regulations drawings and a specification. The more detail we have, the tighter the price, and any assumptions are listed clearly in the quotation.

Yes. We carry £10 million public liability and employers’ liability insurance, and can send certificates on request with any tender return.
